6 Week Coaching Plan

Personalised coaching and ongoing support designed to help you build strength, consistency, and healthier habits wherever you train.

Cost: $190 up-front or $35 per week

In-Person Sessions

Sessions are tailored to your goals and experience level, with a focus on building confidence and helping you train independently over time

Cost: $65

In-person sessions may be useful if you:

  • Are new to strength training and want help learning the basics
  • Would like feedback on your exercise technique
  • Want help getting started with a gym or home training routine
  • Would like a session to review and progress your program

For best results, in-person sessions are recommended alongside a coaching plan or personalised training program.
